Kindly refrain from purchasing products from Vapor Shop Direct if you are below the age of 18. As an extra layer of security, we have implemented an age verification step that's mandatory to make a successful purchase. Vapor Shop Direct guarantees the confidentiality of all your information when entering any mandatory details on our website.

Managing Orders

All orders placed before 2 PM on working days will be dispatched on the same day.
Please understand that we receive many order requests, so it takes a short while to figure everything out before an order is shipped.

Delivery options

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery.
  • Express delivery will take about 1 to 3 days after shipping from the warehouse.
  • Standard delivery may take about 2 to 5 working days after being dispatched.
It may take around 12 to 24 hours for the order to be dispatched from the warehouse. If there is a delay in dispatch, we will contact and notify you within 24 hours.

Shipping orders

We ensure to place orders within 2 working days, but allow up to 7. Through Royal Mail, track your orders and stay updated. Find the tracking number for your order in the 'My Account' section of the website. Be sure to be at the address when the parcel arrives. Receive free delivery (t&c applicable) on orders over £25 and for orders under £25, there is an additional £2.75 charge.

Shipping charges

Avail same day dispatch and next day delivery by placing an order before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Friday will not be carried forward until Monday.

Shipping is £5.50 for orders under £25 and £8.50 for orders over £25.

Needful information

When you place an order, it is our responsibility to deliver the order to the correct address on time and in good condition. We have a standard packaging process in place to ensure the box is delivered safely.
If the delivery address is within 5 miles of our vape store, we offer home delivery.

After adding a product to the cart, look in the shopping cart. There is a drop-down option of 'Estimate Shipping' to find out the exact delivery period. Add specific command instructions in the space provided. No additional tax will be charged at the last moment of purchase. Hit the 'Checkout' button, fill in your personal details and card details, and you are all set to be a part of the shipping process.

All orders are shipped via Standard Delivery and Express Delivery will be delivered by Royal Mail. The tracking number for your order will be available in the 'My Account' section on this website. 

You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you.

Unfortunately, as a result of ongoing challenges with shipping companies, we are currently unable to fulfill orders for customers located outside of the UK for the foreseeable future.
